Conscious Rage Initiation: Introduction
November 22, 2021 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm$20 – $40
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the chaos and uncertainty in the world right now,
If you get frozen by fear,
If you have the impulse to escape and retreat from the world because it’s too much,
When your colleagues, community or your family are in disagreement you feel hopeless, confused or disempowered about how to create connection.
And you deeply wish that you could know how to cultivate meaningful connections.
Then we invite you to become an initiate into the power of your centre.
Anger in our modern culture is not allowed, it’s seen as shameful, violent and dangerous. It encourages bravado and competition among men and is completely outlawed for women. Yet within this same energy is the source of your innate power. We need the energy of anger to commit to each other, to commit to being here fully, in the mess and uncertainty, to create deeper connections between each other. Anger holds space for all the other feelings of sadness, fear and joy.
This is an opportunity to experience the possibilities that flow from consciously feeling your anger:
– speak your truth
– set boundaries
– stay centred
– say ‘yes,’ say ‘no’
– take action
– make decisions
– find motivation
– hold space
– take a stand
Unexpressed anger is turned inward against the self or suppressed until you explode. Conscious anger gives you the power of clarity, to know what you feel and take action.
Anger is a doorway to the richness of your hidden inner life, the world of feelings you’ve been too shy or too scared to share. Connect with your passion and take a stand for what matters, there has never been a better time than NOW.

“Modern culture too often leaves us estranged from the power of our own feelings, separated and cowering from each other, from simple disagreements. We are afraid of feeling. Yet you can’t stop feelings, so might as well choose to master the untapped and invisible magic of your anger, fear, sadness and joy. We need our anger to fuel our commitment for deep connections, to birth forth unimaginable creativity and potential.”
